HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

Why do I need to understand the Quran?

The Quran is a miracle from Allah (ﷻ) given to Rasulullah (ﷺ) to guide the human race. The Quran is not only meant to be read, but also to be understood and must be practiced by the Muslims because it is a source of communication with Allah (ﷻ) to guide us on how to live in this life.

وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِنْ مُدَّكِرٍ

"And We have certainly made the Quran easy to remember. So is there anyone who will be mindful?” [Al-Qamar : 17]

This verse clearly states that Allah (ﷻ) loves His servant who loves to read the Quran and understands the content of the holy book and uses them as a reminder and a life lesson.

Why do I need to learn the Arabic language to understand the Quran?

The Quran was created by Allah (ﷻ) in the Arabic language. By mastering the Arabic language of the holy book, we can understand the meaning of its verses while reading or listening to the recitation instantly, without having to make any additional reference.

اِنَّآ اَنْزَلْنٰهُ قُرْاٰنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُوْنَ

“Indeed, We have sent it down as an Arabic Quran so that you may understand.” [Yusuf:2]
Ibnu Katsir explained on the Surah Yusuf, verse no.2:
“The Arabic language is the most eloquent, plain, deep and expressive of the meanings that might arise in one's mind.”

Why do I need to use Think Quran? We already have the Quran translation, don’t we?

The Quran translation is an excellent source of reference to understand the content of the holy book. However, to some, it can be quite difficult to remember the entire translation. And in order to understand the Quran at all times without any reference, one must have some knowledge of the language. Thus, here’s where Think Quran plays its role: to provide an effective and easy method to learn the language of the Quran.

Think Quran focuses on vocabulary that is often used in the Quran, which makes learning easier and more effective. This will help foster your long-term memory.
