Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Duration
Malaysia – Peninsular: 3-5 working days Malaysia-East: 7-14 working days.
Operation only on Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Exclude public holiday.

** In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by carrier arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

If the package has not been delivered or the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but receiver have not received it, please contact Think Quran Customer Support at hello@thinkquran.com or WhatsApp us at 017-353 9597 .

The shipment cost of Quran Amazing Perjilid is borne by Think Quran.

3. Shipping Restrictions
The package will be shipped individually (no bulk shipping).

4. Missing/ Defective/ Incorrect Item

5. Undeliverable Packages/ Incorrect Address
If the address error is from the receiver's side, there will be no replacement and no refund.

A package might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:
  1. The address is incorrect.
    Usually, the package is kept for a period that can vary depending on the courier holding it and then returns it to us. Double check the address carefully when placing your order.
  2. You used a restricted address.
    If you send the order to a prison, correctional facility, or other similar institution, the products and/or the carrier responsible for delivery may be subject to specific restrictions.
  3. The carrier attempted delivery but failed.
    Most of our carriers make more than one (1) attempt to deliver a package. If they find that they can't successfully deliver your package (maximum three (3) attempts), the package will be returned. Should the recipient like to reship the package, the reshipment cost of the Quran Amazing Perjilid is borne by the Receiver and payment will be made to Think Osem Sdn. Bhd.

6. Stock Item Colour Variation
Color selection (Al-Quran Amazing Perjilid) is not allowed.
